Partial Highlights: Technique that involve coloring selected strands of hair by slicing or weaving out sections, placing them on foil, applying lightener or permanent hair color, and sealing them in the foil. Foils are placed on the sides, top and partially on the back of the head. Highlights add the illusion of dimension and depth to the hair. Time between appointments is generally 8-12 weeks.
