Full Highlights: Technique that involve coloring selected strands of hair by slicing or weaving out sections, placing them on foil, applying lightener or permanent haircolor, and sealing them in the foil.  Foils are placed all over the head.  Highlights add the illusion of dimension and depth to the hair.  Depending on the desired result, highlights may be fine, medium, or chunky.  They may be diffused or stripy depending on the client’s preference.  Time between appointments is generally 8-12 weeks.
