Dimensional Highlights: Technique similar to highlighting but it involves adding colors to the selected strands of hair using multiple colors to create dimension and depth.  Time between appointments is generally 8-12 weeks.

Reverse Highlights or Lowlights: The technique of coloring strands of hair darker than the natural color or existing color.

Highlights and Lowlights: The Technique of coloring selected strands of hair lighter than the natural color and then add in the darker color to create definitions.  Highlights and lowlights are weaved using foil technique, processed accordingly, shampooed, toned, and conditioned.  Time may vary depending on the desired lightness and condition of the hair.
